1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within a limited time after placing it, before preparation has begun.
- Once your order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds
- If your order is cancelled before preparation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders that have been delivered and partially consumed
- Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences
